Gorgeous Spot in Belize City
Everything about our stay was excellent - they arranged a pick-up at the airport and a shuttle to the water taxi the next day. Everyone had helpful suggestions about local restaurants and Marlon gave us specific suggestions for activities on other parts of our trip. The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it was well-maintained, as was the gym. The property was hated and there was on-site security. I would stay here again without hesitation.

While slightly off the main path, it’s just a pleasant 12-minute walk to vibrant nightlife, a casino, and fantastic restaurants. At first glance, the property resembles a condo building, but once inside, it quickly reveals its unique character. The immaculate grounds set the tone, and checking into our third-floor space was a delightful surprise. The room’s design was both stylish and pristine, showcasing meticulous attention to detail that immediately made us feel at home. One standout touch was the complimentary dessert, a thoughtful and delicious addition that perfectly capped off our arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions, this property is an excellent choice! This is most certainly on my must stay again list.

Outstanding service Marlon and all of the staff at the Palms go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety. Anything you need whether it's regarding regular hotel accommodations, arranging transportation, or filling up you itinerary with things to do during you stay Marlon and the rest of the staff truly go above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was spotless and clean, very comfortable bed, it has great kitchen area to store and reheat any food or make an espresso. Patricia gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and was so kind and engaging during the last day of my stay. I can not speak more highly of this amazing hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip to Belize. Thank you to everyone there who helped to make my trip so special and memorable!

This is a very modern, comfortable, contemporary suite in an intimate property with very nice amenities and very nice pool. Service was excellent. Security guards were very friendly. Location is a little far from most of the restaurants, but still within a 45 minute walk. This property appears brand new in 2024. Water pressure was weak. Price was a bit high.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We own a resort in the jungle and occasionally need a place to recommend to our guests in the city and near the airport. We stayed here one night in preparation to pick my husband up from the airport. The place is beautiful, well-kept, very thoughtful touches throughout, amazingly clean and comfortable, great design, a delicious cafe just around the corner, and more. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to all our guests! A great little hidden gem in Belize City.

Arranged pickup from the airport, which was pricey for BZE, but you can’t pay for peace of mind! Hotel was VERY spacious and CLEAN. Fresh towels, toiletries, and even a welcome pan (bread) upon arrival. I didn’t mind the 15 min walk to the restaurants (Joe’s/Lucca’s), or souvenir shop, but Jose will hook you up with a taxi w/o price gouging you. Chow Sun/Celebrity restaurants close, but Celebrity (8/10) was much more expensive than the others listed. Pool was refreshing. Staff was amazing!!!!! S/O Laura, Victor, and Angelee. I would LOVE to come again when we visit! New, contemporary, quiet, beds comfortable!

Wonderful staff! And a lovely property.
We stayed at the Palms for a night as Hurricane Beryl approached Belize. The property was lovely, but the best part was the wonderful staff- Angelee and Selvin were absolutely amazing! They helped us in a million ways, and always with great friendliness, even in the anxious hours before the storm arrived. Next time we go to Belize City, we'll definitely stay at the Palms!
