We travel as a family with our small dog by car from Germany to Georgia. The employees were so nice and helpful. The rooms are good and comfortable. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view over Tiflis while enyoing your food and wine. Our kids were welcome and the dog was no problem at all. Perfect for us is the on site parking directly in front of the building. You can take a taxi to the old city, shopping. We had a great stay at the Sheraton.

Great hotel, wonderful spa, nice rooms. Dining options seemed to be limited, or maybe it was an off-season thing. I didn't have much time to walk somewhere for a meal, and at the time hotel restaurants were either closed or didn't serve proper meal, so I had to order room service (which was still delicious, but I would have prefered to eat out).

This is proper 5-star hotel. We did not try out breakfast. It has both lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool with bunch of saunas and steaming rooms as well as spa services. They allow non hotel guests to pay and use outdoor pool, but there is enough room for everyone. Room was spacious and we did not get a room with balcony although we booked, but we’ve got an upgrade. Bathroom is spacious and comprised of both bathtube and shower. All staff are very helpful. We have visited a rooftop restaurant which offers a wonderful view of Tbilisi.

A great hotel by all means. All the staff I’ve encountered and interacted with were very polite, professional and cooperative. The property also was renovated and everything in it is a top-notch. Their ground restaurant & bar have a splendid view over the hills and mountains. I just thought the area is a bit far from the city center and all the attractions. You would need 15 minutes via walking to reach the center. So some people may find the distance to be O.K. Overall, a great hotel & wonderful staff. Definitely recommended!

My bathroom had no exhaust fan. It was VERY embarrassing using the the toilet since all the smells staid in the room. Very embarrassing in front of other people in my room. Shower cabin door had half an inch gap all around it, allowing shower water pour into the bathroom floor, flooding entire bathroom after each shower. I asked the administration to move me to a different room, they ignored me. Very disappointing experience using their bathroom, which is the major room for me during any hotel stay. Hotel administration dont speak Russian, which is also very inconvenient since one of us did not speak either English or Georgian. The room is too expansive for the quality of the room and service. What i liked: very clean sheets and towels, free large water bottles, spacious rooms. Everybody speak English. Rooms are truly sound proof. In general, This is not a five star hotel or service. I would not stay there again.
