"We stayed here just after the remodel finished and were pleasantly surprised. My friends stayed in double rooms and I rented a Casita. Everything was new and refreshed, clean and modern. The staff was SO nice and friendly, but they were very under staffed and doing their best to keep guests happy. I loved the pool, the lobby and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. "

It is excellent for the price! Older property but newly remodeled with rooms having (2) 55” UHD smart TV’s.
We love the pool and the hot tub! The grounds and pool are always sparkling clean. Heated pool. Water temperature is 80 degrees (Feb / March) according to my smart watch. Hot tub is 102 degrees.
All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful from the front desk, the groundskeepers and the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask, they just did it. Excellent! I had a roll of toilet paper by the bed for allergies and the cleaning staff left an extra box of tissue by the bed :-)

"Arabella overall was an excellent stay. The pools were pristine, very clean. Walking distance to downtown area is a plus!
The only issue we really had was with Esther in housekeeping. We had asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd or 3rd day of our stay. We were out for the morning, returned, to a clean room. We went to the pool, and after a little bit, I went back to the room to Esther leaving it. She seemed stunned and exasperated telling me she had so many rooms to clean and her coworker had called off. Thought it was a little strange, she was in our room but also didn’t think too much of it after her complaining…
Later that night, my friend pulled her sheets back and a god awful smell filled the room. It was the bedding! We called and asked for new clean bedding which was brought up right away. We changed and put the dirty stuff outside and the smell went away. So we know it was definitely that, and Esther had something to do with it!
Other than that, staff was very friendly and accommodating, we needed extras towels and they were brought to us in a timely manner.
The breakfast is really good too! The ladies run it so efficiently and everything was delicious!
Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning! "
