"Staff was awesome even though facilities sometimes left a little to be desired. For example our room had a non working phone preventing us from reaching out to local establishments. And they never got it working. Also of note, all rooms have no TV, which surprised me but that wasn’t a deal breaker as we relied on our phones and tablets for entertainment during down time. Overall though, I would book here again but not in the deluxe rooms because we had a wonderful view of a bamboo wall. Every.single.staff.member was kind and courteous and helpful."
