What made it amazing in my opinion is how friendly the staff were to help out. I don’t speak any for of Japanese so it was a struggle for them to communicate with me but they tried their best to answer my questions or anything I would ask. The staff here have to be some of the best I have ever seen

Since it was peak season, the room assigned to us was not yet ready when we arrived. The front desk staff as well as his supervisor were very apologetic and they looked for a ready, cleaned room. Other than that, check-in was good. Room 609 has the Ueno Park view, which was a plus since this was a request. The room is spacious and clean, with kitchen amenities. We also love the pajamas as well as the get-as-needed supplies in the lobby. Checkout was a breeze. Will surely consider staying again...
