    Good location, sub standard service

    The hotel has a good location - close to International Drive and is within walking distance (approx. 30 min walking) from Universal. Breakfast (packed to go) is OK but I wouldn't consider it a "resort" (as they call themselves) and it does not really conform to the Hilton standards (of which I am very familiar with). I was disappointed to come back to room, tired, after spending the day at the park, and find it that it was not serviced - bed were not done, sink was full of dishes, towels not changed, garbage not disposed of. When I asked about it, I was told that when I checked in, I should have been explained that they only clean the room if you ask for (?!?). I specifically took off the "Do not disturb" sign so that they can go in and clean the room, but that was apparently not enough. When I asked that they go and clean the room, the person at the front desk told me that the staff left and rolled her eyes at me as if she's doing me a favor for providing the "resort" service for which I paid... Thankfully, a manager called me later, apologized for the miscommunication and made sure that someone came to clean the room. It's a pity that one has to get aggravated and complain in order to get a manager to rectify a problem.

    Awesome

    Was clean and all spacious had everything u need in a room .breakfast you filled out a paper and they hand you a bag with your choices which was enough for breakfast. The lady that helped me check in was fantastic. Only thing was the next day after the park I came around 6pm n my room still hadn’t had been cleaned up . Maybe they need more house keeping ?.?

    Will definitely return

    Excellent stay! Stayed for 4 nights, very clean. Chose not to have daily room service while there. Staff was very attentive to our need anyway. When we needed towels, paper products very prompt in delivery. Good selection on grab and go morning breakfast choices that staff packaged due to Covid adjustments. Staff very friendly, many smiles.

    Great Location

    Room was very spacious. Loved the mini kitchen area and work station. The pillows were entirely too soft for me but otherwise stay was great for the one night. Would definitely stay at this location again. Close to shopping and restaurants and most importantly theme parks 😁
