Ideal location
Ideal location. No service on Sunday, as they are closed. Not a problem at all. We had a large double, the singles looked small, but adequate. They greeted us with a beverage and offered to bring up our bags. Excellent value in the middle of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Not recommended if stairs are a problem. City noises can be heard at all hours, so light sleepers should be prepared. One WC and separate shower shared by all 6 rooms on our floor. Short walk to Charlotten Platz U bahn. Slightly longer to Hauptbahnhof and the shopping of Koenigstrasse. The indoor market across the way has fresh meat, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and baked goods. The address is on a pedestrian mall, so only service vehicles are allowed. Parking garages are a short hike. Two nearby churches chime the quarter-hour. Highly recommended for adventurous travelers, not for those who expect to be pampered.

Cheap and very central, but noisy.
Little hotel in the middle of stuttgart, very close to the central areas and the U-bahn. The hotel is clean, and the service is friendly, but there are some little problems: No toilet and shower in the room (there are in the floor), but there is a sink in the room. There was very noisy from outside during weekend because of shouting youngsters, even at night. Very cheap hotel for people who want to save money.

Very good
The bathroom is shared which is inconvenient. There’s also many restaurants right around the area and it’s noisy until late.

Right in the center of Stuttgart! The most perfect location with a non-stop train to the airport. Amazing hospitality! They even greeted me with a beer!

My first impression of the Arche was of a "quaint" little place, and so it proved: to be honest, though, for the very reasonable price you pay here, you shouldn't expect a 5-star hotel. Let's get rid of the minuses first (and I should add that they aren't serious minuses!):- 1) No nearby parking. 2) No en-suite rooms. 3) No breakfast. 4) No lift: however, given the fact that the hotel is slap in the middle of a modern shopping area which is mainly pedestrianised, I don't think there's any way they could install a lift without "major surgery" to the property, so I don't hold that against them! On the plus side, the rooms, while small, are ideal for what I reckon most people need hotel rooms, basically to get a good night's sleep after a day out and about, and the Arche certainly provides that. The toilet and shower rooms are only a few yards from the rooms, so no big deal there. The hotel is actually little more than several rooms above a pub/restaurant that has to comply with local licensing laws, hence no breakfast, but there are several perfectly acceptable eateries close by. The Charlottenplatz U-Bahn/S-Bahn station is 5-10 minutes' walk away, and is only 2 stops from Stuttgart's Hauptbahnhof or main station. I would recommend this place highly for the solo or backpacking traveller without much luggage.

Excellent price for location. The room is quite small and has few amenities but it was fine for a night.

Church bells for early birds, but reasonable value
Extremely centrally located, with lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities close by, as well as all the sights. My room was clean, if rather on the shabby side. Both the shared shower room and WC in the hallway were immaculately clean. The walls are rather thin and the bells of the nearby church begin early, so earplugs are recommended! Despite this, reasonable value for money overall.

Hotel was good and good location for my trip. But sunday the hotel did not clean my room. And I couldn't clame because there is no person in the hotel at that night. it was uncomfortable for this night. Other than that, everything was OK. Thnak you. TJ
