Toilet flushes but the waste floats back. Shower area was dirty. Bathroom smelled. Layout of bathroom was very bad. You have to enter the shower before you can access the toilet bowl because the door is in the way. The coffee sachets tasted awful. The telephone can be used only by going through the front desk. There was no room-to-room calls.

This is a nice hotel. The restaurant was closed at the time we made our stay, so some of my VIP benefits didn't apply. There is a P1500 deposit per night you stay, FYI. With no restaurant and no in-room purchasable snacks, I am not sure why the hotel required this deposit. I booked the 1-bedroom suite to ensure we got the space needed. Other reviews said the door to their CR wasn't big enough to enter the CR appropriately. In the suite, there is plenty of room. There is a standing shower and a separate tub, if you want to relax. The shower did provide adequate heat and met requirements for an enjoyable experience. The toiletries did appear to be naturally based. Internet is available. But, was very slow at times. It did appear that there was a 15mb cap per room. No limit on devices connecting, but the more devices, the slower the internet allotted. The bed was comfortable. The sofa in the gathering area folded out into a bed as well. So there was plenty of space to fit everyone in our family. There is an in-room drop safe that looks big enough to store a laptop and other gadgets. And power outlets everywhere you need them. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of 2 malls. With the level of service and over-all quality of stay, I would definitely stay here again.
