    The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a delight. The spa looked amazing. The room was small, but clean. The free water in the mini-bar was replenished daily. Location was perfect. Highly recommend

    Our room was beautiful, elegant and comfortable. The spa is a must to visit during your stay with sauna, steam room, jacuzzis and a beautiful pool. Location is great. Staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast and restaurant should also not be missed. Elegant and well staffed and an extensive amount of options to partake. Parking can be a bit challenging when arriving if you are unfamiliar with the property and a bit hidden. We ended up parking in a public parking lot nearby. Would return here for sure on our next visit.

    Nice quiet rooms elegant and always spotlessly clean with shower. The buffet breakfast was of a very high quality. The staff were all extremely professional, ready and willing to answer questions about city attractions or to quickly respond with accurate information as to where to find the information nearby in the city. I particularly liked that each evening a customer-service representative came to the room to check and ensure that the room was accommodating all my needs. For me, as a researcher coming off a 12 hour flight from North America, I felt instantly at home and refreshed within minutes of being there. I could not recommend the hotel more highly.

    Affordable Elegance

    We were three friends traveling for our birthdays and the hotel was very accommodating when we had a mistake (our fault) in our booking and re-arranged a perfect room for us. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and all the hospitality was great. The location is easily walkable to many top spots and the spa is incredible!
