8/10 Very Good

Lovely BnB, good service, needs a couple of fixes
Radnor House is a lovely BnB with large rooms in an ideal spot in the centre of Hay. The room was comfy and there is a variety on offer for breakfast in the morning. There were a few things wrong with the room, including a broken bedside lamp (which made it hard to read before bed), and a slightly leaky tap in the bath which required us to wrap towels around and wasn't ideal. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would recommend

2/10 Poor

Not room Number four.
Number four is the smallest on suite room I have ever stayed in. I'm short 5ft 4inches and the room was too low for me,no warning given when I booked if I had I'd have booked elsewhere. The room has nowhere to sit even the bed is difficult, banged my head for teen times, impossible to shower without both elbows hitting the wall on either side . In this weather a room in the eaves was impossibly hot even with a fan and all the roof lights open, more of an ordeal than a holiday. The toilet was impossibly placed you had to hunch up and back in,minor point the TV didn't work no missed the last stage on the Tour de France, repair was getting internet to work
Narrow doorway half the width of the room
Huge step to my wife's left fell down this in the dark
Standing up was nigh impossible
