The room was clean the staff was very good and the price was very reasonable. Safety is a big concern and this Hotel was very safe. Location was great.

Hotel was kept clean and is very new. Staff were accessible and accommodating. On the weekend it was much louder than during the week, to be fair that’s to be expected in such a tourist area. Overall not a bad stay, certainly would recommend!

My stay was very good. Helpful suggestions would be. Better toilet seat for heavier guests. They seem to be good for thinner people but not heavy. Not a major big deal but the Tv had no service. Called 2 times to the lobby for help but they were working alone so they could not come to our room to help.

I’m going to describe the horrible experience so other people don’t suffer as we did. Our three rooms were very dirty in general, carpet is disgusting. We booked three rooms and all of them with the same problem: bedrooms extremely DIRTY. We found in our bed hairs (a lot), dirty carpets, the trash was full of other guest’s stuff, there wasn’t any cleaning services at all in all rooms, even when we asked for it. Poor and very bad quality towels with hair remnants, terrible soap, thin and hard pillows. One of the toilets got stuck and the hotel wants me to clean by myself (if there wasn’t cleaning, what should I do, clean with my hands?). Disappointing. If someone wants to have a dirty and horrible accommodation and put in risk it’s own family’s health, well, you should go there. We left earlier then we expected, because we couldn’t stay under these circumstances.
