It was a very nice at this property. A good location as it is accessible to all your needs. My room has a view of the beach. The room has a nice setup and amenities are more than expected. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. The beach experience is also excellent. Three months in Asia and I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

Fantastic place and staff all very accommodating and fully assisting in everything that is requested, The only thing is the TV is only in Vietnamese no English speaking channels. The washing machine was helpful. Location is good and also having the pushbikes for free is a bonus

Great Service, Clean and Nice facility.
I stayed 3 nights in Vivian Villa, hotel staffs service was great and facility also clean and nice. after check out before we go to airport, suddenly we wanted hotel room few hours more urgently coz my family not feeling well, hotel staffs can check room availability and provide it so quickly.I really appreciated their hospitality and service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to stay in Da Nang.

거실 겸 주방, 퀸 사이즈 침대 방 2개, 화장실 2개 있는 객실 사용했어요. 부모님 모시고 여행하거나 아이 둘 이상일 경우 추천하는 방 사이즈에요. 안락하게 잘 지냈어요. 또 세탁기가 있어서 참 편리했어요. 빨래해서 에어컨 틀고 거실에 두면, 밤 동안 얇은 옷은 다 말라요. 좀 두꺼운 옷은 낮 동안 외출한 사이 햇빛에 다 마르고요. 근무하는 직원분들도 매우 친절하시고 매사 도와주시려고 하셔서 참 좋았습니다. 단점은 다낭이 한창 뜨는 곳이라 건설 붐으로 주변 건물 공사가 많아요. 그리고 근처에 노래방이 있는지 음악 소리가 매우 커요. 마치 건물 외부로 스피커를 켠건지. 신기한 건 저녁 9시 즈음 되면 딱 안들리더라구요. 낮에 항상 근교 밖으로 나가서 저희에게는 큰 단점은 아니었어요.
