Good location, interior need sprusing up.
Town house was very spacious and location is great being just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Really useful having a fish and chip shop just across the road. The courtyard setting is very pleasing. The interior of the property is rather tired and some of the furnishings need attention and some maintenance issues e.g. making sure light bulbs work. You are also reliant on previous clients adequately washing up the dishes, we had to wash everything before we could use glasses etc. No reception on site access is via a key box.

Great accommodation - fully furnished - has everything you need. Washing machine and dryer very useful. Perfect location at Middleton beach - walking distance. Highly recommended and would stay there again next time in Albany

Property is in need of repair work. Air conditioner not working, looks like it has never had any maintenance work on it. Gas fire lighter not working, box of dead matches except two. TV has same problem as I mentioned from my last stay. Probably won't stay there again.
