The place is kept clean and all the staff I interacted with were nice. However the property is not being maintained. My room on the third floor had a great wifi signal, but no connectivity. When I asked about the internet, was told just come down to the first floor. That's not a good solution for video calls with family and friends, but the next morning I went downstairs. Unfortunately while I was able to get online, was unable to even upload one photo after several attempts. My room had a private bath with shower, but the shower didn't work. Rather the valve that directed water to the shower nozzle didn't work. I did have a bucket and dipper in the shower stall to bathe with... This is a relatively new building and could be a nice place to stay if basic maintenance and upkeep were done.
I dislike giving poor reviews, especially when the staff are nice. But I paid for four nights (with no chance of a refund, that is clear in the reservation) and booked another hotel after just staying one night. There are much better choices comparably priced.
