We stayed here twice. Once before we started the Tour du Mont Blanc and after we finished. The views are great, the spa was nice, but our room had what looked like blood spots on the ceiling and on the bed sheet itself. The staff are 50/50 when it comes to friendliness so it depends on who you interact with and when. Cleanliness seems to be hit or miss. Service hit or miss. Food hit or miss. Very mid, 6-7.

Boutique type hotel with outside swimming pool, excellent staff and a great breakfast. Some maintenance issues such as several of the lockers in the spa area no longer lock. Car parking is exploitative, charging €25 for any vehicle when I was on a motorcycle that doesn’t need a parking bay - all other hotels I stayed at provide free parking for motorcycles except for two that charged €25 for cars and €10 for motorcycles.

The hotel in summer not recommended, no AC .. when asking for Van they said no more availble. Parking was full and it is not free you have to pay, It was noisy from outside we forced to open windows because hot weather and there were no vans. Miserable stay in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. A cool trendy place to stay. My son liked it. Premium room was a little small and dated but over clean and comfortable. A really nice party hotel, but not for anyone looking for a good night's sleep. The hotel is perfectly situated near the center of Chamonix, with hiking trails right around the corner. The building itself is lovely, and the breakfast is good. Our kids loved the pool! However, the hotel is as much a collection of restaurants and clubs—with partying lasting well into the early hours—as it is a place to stay. Unfortunately, our room lacked air conditioning, and the soundproofing was poor, with thin walls separating us from other rooms and the corridor. We didn't get much sleep during our stay, even though we had been assigned a room far away from the actual party area. That said, for anyone visiting Chamonix to party, this hotel is perfect.
