Location of the B&B is excellent, you can walk into the town, access both the pier side of town, or walk to the beach on the North shore and relax as it isn't as hectic.
The hotel has parking, although depending on how others park you may get lucky. The street is one way and gets busy so parking is needed.
You are given a key once checked in for the front door, so you can come and go as needed.
Rooms are clean, space for storage. Door to the rooms are heavy, so you hear every person come and go. We were on the middle floor, so got woken from people above, below and next to us coming in throughout the night! So didn't get a great nights sleep.
Breakfast - we only had it on one night of our stay as we couldn't face it the next morning. They have 2 junior girls delivering plates and coffee. That is there job, they don't welcome people, acknowledge when you are waiting, clear tables or talk to you. So you are left waiting to be seated, or if you sit at a table that hasn't been cleaned they just come out do that 1 job they have been asked to do and return in the kitchen. They also travelled in pairs!
You needed to wait for Bobby to come and speak to you, and even then it took 10-15mins before he looked up from taking other peoples orders to acknowledge you!
We both had a full english, the mushroom wasn't edible, and the food wasn't warm! The coffee was like water, and the only cold drink option was orange juice! Poor overall.
We won't be coming back
