Amenities Disappointment
Really disappointed that the breakfast service, bar and shuttle were not available during our stay. These were all amenities that made our decision to book with this hotel. Hotel was very clean and nice. Pool area was nice as well.

They only spot clean rooms.
I checked in and found a pair of underwear from a previous guest tucked under the bottom of my bed. They gave me two options, and I decided to stay in my room instead of downgrading when I’d paid for a king sized bed. I couldn’t trust them cleaning, so I went out and got stuff to clean my room. I was able to rest afterwards, but I was very disappointed.

Very cordial front desk staff...!!! Overall atmosphere of hotel was comfortable. Only issue we encountered was dysfunctional blinds and sliding door for the bathroom offered ZERO privacy. Other than that it was a most enjoyable stay.

HORRIBLE experience. Does Charleston a disservice.
Room fixtures were broken, sink didn't drain, room was dirty, mobile reception was terrible, elevator smelled like diesel fuel, extra laundry items were never available, no utensils available for breakfast, and staff was largely unattentive. Would never stay again or recommend the Cambria to friends/family.
