It was a dream property in a wonderful location. The standard of cleanliness was superb and the breakfast was a very healthy an appetising. The pool was amazing and the balconies gave us breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the rain Forrest.

The views itself, were outstanding, has huge potential but the hospitality did not meet the views. Certainty not warming and felt at times intruding. We came back at 7pm to make dinner in the huge entertainment and dining area and we opened it up and turned on a couple of lights. Within 5 mins the male owner came in and said we were suppose to prep in another area of the dining area, so we moved our food. He asked us to keep the doors shut to keep the insects out, which was fair enough and then said he was turning the other lights out and left, the only light on was the one over our head where we were making dinner. We were going to put the TV on and have a couple of drinks, but felt too awkward to do so, so we basically just stayed in the room. The rooms were petty tidy bar the crumbs inside one of the beds, but that just might of been missed. Again huge potential but will not go back until owners make it more hospitable and a fun place to go rather than you feel awkward when outside your room.
