Good location - dated hotel
Excellent location across from the main park, but the hotel needs some updates. I got the promo room and it was pretty tired and dated. No window and a noisy airconditioner. The staff were great and the free breakfast was fine. Overall, it's not bad and you get what you pay for.

What I like 1. Restaurant just below the hotel What I don’t like 1. Room says sleep 3 but the bed cannot fit for 3 very small 2. I upgraded to twin but was charged for additional 70%, They have no consideration of my feeling as I did not expect the room I originally ordered was unacceptable. 3. Towels and beddings are old dark white 4. The room and rugs in the hallway are old.

Older downtown hotel...
Crown is an older second floor hotel. Great service and delicious breakfast. Parking is horrible and the area is loud 24/7. Outside my hotel room window is no view but all I see is a dirty roof and ducting.

Basically basic
It is a basic priced room and u get a basic room. You can’t beat the location as you are downtown plaza. Work with the guard to be sure you get parking. They do give room renters first priority on parking. The WiFi is s-l-o-w. You have other options in naga if you want western standard features. Nonetheless, I definitely will is them again
