Most horrible experience. This is the worst hotel that we have stayed into. The CR is located outside the room, the room moldy, faucet broken, water is rusty and runs out at night, sheets dirty, totally unkempt state. The staff would not believe me even if I show her the booking confirmation from Expedia. Overall the most terrible hotel, totally not worth the price. We want to run away the moment we saw the room, CR located outside. We tried to cancel, but our 2-day booking was non-refundable. Please save yourself from headaches, if you do not want to ruin your vacation, stay away from this hotel. Head to Naga City, there are better options. Very strongly not recommending this for your peace of mind.

Needs a lot of improvement.
I booked for an Executive Suite. Queen Bed. My room is far from being an Executive suite. Bed is Double size 54x60. Water from faucet and shower is the worst. its color yellow. TV has 2 channels only.

I did not get my money’s worth
My overall experience was not so good. i would Have given the lowest rating if not for their staff, I give my kudos to their checkin lady Miss Maricel, and the lady staff by the pool who went extra mile for our lunch-she had to order at an outside mini resto. They had no chef on duty during our whole weekend stay which is a NO NO specially for a hotel outisde the city where options for food is very limited. We booked executive suite-queen bed. The room is a bit spacious. The interiors were a bit worn off and the heater doesnt work properly. Its also not stated in the description that our shower area is a bathtub. And for my aunt’s room, their toilet is located at the hallway beside their room, means you had to walk out the room just to use the toilet/shower. a small note on the comfort room says “for room21 USE ONLY”. which is another NO NO. i hope they do improvements on all these.

Negative: Poor cleanliness in bathroom and toilet; poor water supply sometimes running out of water in the middle of taking a shower; opened the curtain in the morning and the whole curtain and rod fell off; Wifi not available in guest room; Positive: Staff friendly and obliging; location along main road, close to public transport.
