We normally stay at Hilton's HOME 2, so we do understand that it's different hotels. The service here was great. Atmosphere felt really good and that everyone was enjoying their time over the weekend. The issue here was solely about the room. The blankets weren't fully clean. There were small red spots on our blanket. I understand that it may seem small, but in our current days of things like Covid.. cleanliness goes very far with a hotel. The bathroom Wallpaper was falling off to where you can see the plywood and different coloring on the board. I didn't take any pictures, because this wasn't more of a complaint.. just a review of our experience. Overall, we didn't complain because the hotel is fairly cheaper than HOME 2 where we normally go but it was full. Moral of this review is that it's not as well kept up as HOME 2 is, but for the cheaper price and great service, it could still be a good stay if you're not about the experience.

It was very clean and lots of room. The hotel offers a lot and is in a great location. The mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable. We did not get very good rest and left 5 hours early because we couldn’t sleep

The bed frame head a lot of dirt build up and the mattress cover was dirty. Room is sterile and very cold feeling.

We ordered a room with 2 queens because I was traveling with my Marine son. He rather have his own bed at 24. We never received our welcome package either. I prepaid to avoid any hassle and I still had to go through a long check in. Checking out was easy. Thank you

Great stay and Breakfast was better than expected. Lots of snacks available for purchase, nice pool with grills, pool table in lobby area, walk to many great restaurants in fabulous River Ranch!!
