SCAM. Not operational.
It's a SCAM. The WORST experienced we had for the whole family. We booked and paid for a 4-nights stay because we didn't have electricity and water as a result of the super typhoon that devastated our City. We badly needed a place to take shelter. Only to find out from the hotel personal that they have stopped operating for over a year already.

This place is a complete mess.. when I got there they had already rented my room to someone else. The explanation I got from the head office manager was, we overbooked the room!!! They offered me room at their other hotel in Mandaue which is one hour taxi ride from the tower 2 in uptown! I asked for him to pay for the cab ride 260 pesos one way! He refused, so I told him that I would sleep in the lobby and talk to every guests coming in and out! He changed his mind and got me cab. the next day I required a cab back to tower 2 paid by him. Not sure why be he said yes again! Don’t waste your time going to this place, pay a bit more and get a more honest, clean and better staffed hotel... good luck to all!

Not much to like: elevators in need of maintenance; dark room with limited lights; lack of electric plugs; torn curtains; bugs - red ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes; worn towels; no housekeeping over 4 days. Cheap, but caveat emptor.

You get what you pay for....(which isn't much)
First time we got there, we had reserved a queen bed room for both of our reservations and they did not have any queen bed rooms available. Then we got to our room and there was a bit of suspicious activity across the hall (any filipino that understands the term GRO will understand what we are talking about). Also, there was one room that was doing karaoke with their door wide open. The shower had little-to-no water pressure. The air conditioner showed signs of black mold, calling the cleanliness into question. At least they had 4 "guards" in the lobby that helped open doors, but little else....Safe to say we checked out almost as soon as we checked in...Given the price, I guess we should have expected all of this, but you hope for the best...
