Trip ended early
Very loud guest above our room. When complained and asked for another room was told no. When asked if something can be done about the noise was told really nothing can be done. Ended up leaving after only 4hrs of check in. No manager was on duty this night and was told to call the manager the next day about a refund. When I did was told per their policy no refunds unless cancels before 24hr notice. I explained that I didn’t cancel I was there checked in and planed on staying. The only reason we left was the rooms above us sounded like a party was happening and we couldn’t sleep. That if I had known 24hr in advance that the hotel would allow this kind noise to happen I wouldn’t have booked. The manager refused to do anything for a refund or any compensation. We had to get hotels.com and Corporate involved to get any resolve. The room was nice and clean the staff was nice as well. Just know if you have any issues at all the management will do nothing to help. The only help we got was from hotels.com and from corporate.
