Great option in Ayia Napa
Stayed at this lovely little hotel for a few days pre-season (late April). I had a great large room with a balcony with sea view. The hotel is just up the street from the main tourist area, a 15-20 minute walk with restaurants and clubs along the way. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. The roof pool area is spectacular and the breakfast choices quite extensive. An advantage for anybody who plans to use the hotel as a base for day trips is its proximity to the highway. The only real negative is that the hotel is just above a busy roundabout. It could be quite noisy on the balcony, but I couldn’t hear it inside the room when the door was closed. Staff was lovely and accommodating. No real complaints!

Amazing view from the rooftop pool. One of the best breakfast/dinners I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very comfy beds. Sort of on the edge of town, but Aiya Napa is small so it doesn’t matter. 3miles from Nissi beach. If I ever come back I’ll stay here again.

The location is perfect!
Don’t be put off by the location! This hotel might be 15 mins for the main hustle and bustle of the town but the walk back and forth is well worth it and makes for a great start / finish to ANY night! The facilities, staff, food and views from the roof top are exceptional! The sunsets and sunrise are something to behold…..and honestly cant really be put in to words! We stayed in room 118…..the air-con, which really was needed, was perfect along with the shower, balcony, which was big enough for a small party, and all of the room facilities! 10/10 with out question!
