Great location in close proximity to the tourist centre. Room was an excellent size, but unfortunately had an unpleasant stagnant water smell in the bathroom for the duration of our stay. Windows were to a back of house/internal service space so no view which was unfortunate given the cost of the room.

Pros: The junior suite we had was a lovely room. The location was outstanding. Cons: No real concierge to help us out. Construction outside the hotel on the street which we fortunately didn’t hear. Shower head in bathroom was right up against back wall which made it difficult to stay under and made it cold. Also shampoo etc on opposite side of tub. Not sure how anyone elderly could have used shower which was surrounded by high tub wall. Bottom line: not sure it was worth the money to stay here.

First got a room with a bricked up window then was promised a larger room with a view but was given a smaller , finally I got a decent room and they charged me an extra $900 Staff including doesn’t know how their systems work , lighting is goofy and they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan which made a buzzing sound 24 hours a day . Lady that checked us in lied right to our faces and told others the same untruth , manager was never available and would e call ! Only hotel on the whole trip that wasn’t a great experience . Super location but the worst hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with , I would never recommend it to anyone at any price ! Bill McHale
