Marina View Condo With a Boatslip

We loved the location of the condo in Treasure Cay! Quick access to so many of the local favorites. This unit was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The boat slip is a few slips away and not right out back, but it still makes it nice for staying close to your boat. Overall I highly recommend this unit for an affordable, accommodating place to stay, and the added convenience of having your boat in your backyard.

Great location. The condo was very clean and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The only downfall is that the boat slip is not directly in front of the property.

Loved our week in the Abacos at this great location! Condo was clean and had everything we needed to eat in. The view was great at marina . Slip, beach, and restaurants were just a short walk away. Royal Palms maintenance was quick to fix an AC issue as soon as we let Marie know! Thank you so much!! We will be back!

Took my wife and kids over by boat, condo had everything we could need. Despite the wind blowing our entire trip we still made the best out of it. The beds and furniture were comfortable and pools were nice. Marie was quick to answer any questions I had before arriving and we will definitely be back.

We booked this condo on very short notice and could not be happier. Open floor plan was great to entertain and the kitchen was awesome. The view of the marina was great at night. You could hear the nightlife when sitting on the patio in a good way and could not hear anything inside. Very private yet close to everything. Boat slip was perfect for our 33’ boat. Pools were clean and the multiple restaurants served great food. We will be back and plan to stay longer.

The condo is very nice and well-kept. The slip is well protected within the marina. The owner communicated all necessary information before the rental. She also made herself available when we couldn't get out and arranged for us to stay another night on very short notice. Highly recommend this property!

The condo was very nice and well maintained and equipped. Great location to the beach and marina. The only drawback was the lack of TV service. Internet and phone are spotty, but that's typical in the Abacos. Would definitely come back again.
