The room was spacious and clean. Our airconditioning unit was ok. The water in the pool was cold and the phone in our room was broken. We had a terrible breakfast buffet experience last 31st 🙄

We enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast was good. Our room was big and the air conditioning works well. The Samgyupsal restaurant was so-so, all the banchan are awful.

I requested housekeeping to make up our room, however upon our return in the afternoon the cleaners left the damp rag on the sink, the trash bin in the bedroom was not emptied as well as no bottled water was placed on the refrigerator. I have stayed in this hotel several times and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department has to improve.

Worst Hotel very bad service.
Worst hotel I've stayed in. No telephone and cable/media player in the room, i had to fight with the reception to provide one. My booking includes free breakfast, but was told by the hotel that my booking includes this- i even showed a printing out of my booking- did not fight over this with the reception coz i do not want to further spoil my vacation

It took them 1 hour to serve our breakfast, they need to change their kitchen manager. When we got our orders, they served a different meal. We just took it since we didn’t want to wait another hour.

Staycation 2019
Staff were great and friendly, facilities were clean and modern. But there was confusion in the hotel reservation; we were not in their system, and was initially given the RedDoors accommodation. Also, there were limited options in the menu. But, the staff was really friendly and accommodating.
