I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there.

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

Great value for money. Probably best ever. Room is bigger than I expected and building was biggest then I expected. Loved No-man continent store. However, it is a big regretful that all other facilities (Restaurants, Gym ) are not open yet. But considering price, it is fare and make sense.

Had to pay extra for shower soaps… room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. Heat in main room is either too hot or too cold; does not regulate well. Newish hotel that has let itself fall into disrepair. Not staying there agin.

뷰도 좋고 자연이 좋았습니다. 내부시설은 침대헤드와 의자커버인 인조가죽이 오래되어서 계속 떨어지고있어서 옷에도 붙고 머라에도 붙고 이불에도 붙습니다. 그리고 방음이 잘안되어있어서 새벽에 누가 운동을하는건지 계단을 계속오르락내리락하는데 시끄러워 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 방은 엘레베이터와 비상구계단으로부터 먼곳으로 꼭 달라고 하세요.

신축이라 그런지 입구부터 관리가 잘 된 느낌이었어요 한여름이었는데 너무 시원해서 기분이 좋았고 특히 1층 공용화장실이 있었는데 너무 깨끗하고 프라이빗해서 좋았어요. 그리고 방도 이정도면 가성비 최고라고 할 수 있을정도입니다. 하지만 샤워할때 배수가 잘 안돼서 10-20분 연달아 씻으면 물이 흥건하게 밖으로 다 삐져나가요. 물바다가 됩니다. 10분 이내 간단 샤워는 괜찮아요. 그거 제외하고는 다 좋았습니다!

전반적으로 만족합니다 비수기때 가서 식당과 뷔페가 운영하지 않았지만 세미조식?? 이 있어서 간단히 조식 해결했습니다. 객실은 처음에는 깨끗한줄 알았는데 전등 갓 위에 먼지가 엄청 많은 걸 발견하고 눈에 보이는 곳만 깨끗한 걸 알걸 알게 된 후로는 먼지가 곳곳에 많이 보이더 군요 ㅠㅠ 높은 곳도 청소좀 해주세요 ㅠㅜ 주차장 넓어서 편하고 그외 전반적으로 만족합니다~
