Great location, clean & modern apartment
Despite being hard to find and slightly shabby on the exterior, once you get into the apartment it is clean, modern and spacious! Location is perfect for central Yerevan sights, all within walking distance. Only improvements would be some convenience items - soap, shampoo, tea/coffee, plus blackout curtains - bring an eyeshade!
