Rudest customer service ever!
Stay did not happen! I booked this for my Dad’s caregiver. When she got there they said they were fully booked and will not respect my Hotels.com paid booking. I wasted two hours on Hotels.com’s chat so I can either get refunded. Luckily, they worked on getting her checked in to another hotel
