Average at best
Not as good as we'd hoped from the photos for the money. The whole hotel needs a freshen up in decoration. Breakfast was ok - self service, although sausages and scrambled eggs were cold each day. Good points were the location - easy to get to two mrt stations, and the fact you could go and get free tea and coffee throughout the stay. Staff were indifferent.

Totally disappointing. The bathroom floor was wet and with cracks. The sliding glass door was faulty. We came back to the room after dinner and the power tripped several times! The receptionist got us another room but the new room came with a faulty door lever and we are unable to lock the door, had to use the door chain in the end. We booked a room with a king-size bed but was given 2 single bed (thou they merged it for us). The condition for the bathroom in the new room is bad as well, cracks on the floor and the sliding door can be closed fully, causing the whole bathroom to be wet after our shower. No bottled water as promised, Breakfast was bad. Cold and blend scrambled eggs. Chicken sausages that were soaked in a pot of water and looked as thou they were left there for days and chicken ham left on a plate together with some cakes. Packets of biscuits were also provided. There is ONLY 1 receptionist on duty at 1 time. We had wanted to enquire about late check-out but was told by one of the staff that the receptionist has 'gone out to buy something' and he will get her to inform us about our enquiry, which we obviously did not get any reply on. Accessibility wise, it is in the middle of Bugis and Lavender MRT but you may have a problem travelling on a rainy day as it is not sheltered. The nearest convenience store is 3mins away. Overall review - BAD.

nice location. amenities are sufficient for a boutique hotel like this. however, the vanity light bulb in my bathroom burnt out, and there's water dripping from the aircond - i placed the bath towel underneath. the sound proof isn't the best. for one night sleep, i would say that it's not bad.

Quirky Cute Hotel!
I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very welcoming, rooms were cute , clean and quirky. Apparently every room in the hotel has a different design. AND it's super great that I can get free snacks whenever I wanted from the lobby ;)
