The hotel location is great! Very close to Shibuya crossing/train station/dining/shopping etc. There is family mart across the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The room and bathroom is quite small but we were able to manage. I would stay here again!

Nice, but room too tiny
Convenient location and great staff but the room was so ridiculously tiny that it was actually uncomfortable. No furniture in which to unpack. My husband and I had to move around in the room like one of those sliding tile puzzles, one of us having to move into an available spot to allow the other to pass, and having to squeeze sideways to pass between the bed and the wall-mounted tv. The space in the bathroom was so tight that when I was standing in front of the sink washing up, my elbow kept knocking into the wall.

Newly built. Right at Shibuya and Harajuku.
This convenience hotel is (2023) brand-new rebuilt. Hence, every single thing is new, spotless, and works perfectly. Be aware that obviously this is "a place to sleep" for one, two or three nights. (You'll pay 1500 - 2500 USD a night for a "real hotel" in Shibuya.) The location is impossibly good, two ultra-trendy cafes are adjoining the hotel; you are a couple blocks from Cat St and the Scramble; there's a small 24 hr convenience store literally facing the hotel. Obviously, if at all possible pay the small extra price for a "double" room, even if it's just you, since the bed and room is a tiny bit bigger. As mentioned the shower/toilet is brand-new, there is a billion gallons of very high pressure hot water available 24/7, great compact shower. The wifi is acceptable/reliable/simple. Hope it helps someone!
