Bugs are in the room and bit me hard
The environment and the location of the hotel are good. Very convenient to shopping area and museums. But, we had assign to a room on third floor without elevator, the stairs is so narrow and steep, it is a bit difficult for 2 females. That”s not the big problem, the biggest problem is, there had bugs/ mosquitos/ or what even insects in the room. It bits me in the first night, all my left arm, body, leg got bitten. And it was super itchy and it become red and bit infection. I came here before christmas, but my wound are still recovering even after 2 weeks. I hope you can make sure the hygiene of the room in the future.

Great quiet hotel
Loved staying in this hotel, location is easy to get around the city, quite a lot of room for an Amsterdam hotel and access to a walkway balcony should you want some fresh air from your room. Very big comfy bed, could have done with some pillows that weren’t as “plump” (but we didn’t ask to change). Could do with some more hangers in the room for clothes but when we asked we were kindly given some more, staff were very friendly. Only things missing were hair conditioner and a fridge. It’s a quiet hotel with blackout curtains so a perfect place to sleep peacefully. Would recommend staying here.

Very stylish interior design hotel. Staffs are very kind, and the scale of the room is acceptable. The location is quite good, walking distance to many good places. There are several bus stations nearby. But the effects of soundproofing is so bad. I can hear the sound from different rooms, even can hear the content of the conversation from other rooms. The first night, the person who lived in the room upstairs tried to move some heavy things, I was scared that the floor would be broken!
