I had a very bad stay i am a British citizen and I have to wear a special mask instructed by my dr I have a letter but the reception was very rude and sad it’s not valid or r the letter and they did want to accept my fully vaccinated digital certificate

I booked Double bed and ended up with 2 single beds, it would have been helpful to just check booking details, breakfast is not for me , a good English breakfast would have been nice. .. all they had was boiled eggs and bread
