Good place for a short stay in Moalboal
Was a good and convenient place to stay for a short 3 night stay in Moalboal. Right next to the beach and an easy walk from the main strip. Water pressure and wifi were a bit of a challenge, but we had excellent service particularly from the night-shift receptionist/hotel manager. He was extremely helpful with all of our concerns and so friendly to us.

Staff was friendly. However the shower had zero pressure and had to be reset multiple times and the sink leaked all over the place when water pressure was low. The King bed room listed with a King bed, has a queen size bed. Disappointing due to booking specifically for the King bed.

Close to food and dive shops, private road on a dead end. No traffic. The staff was very helpful the place is clean, nice bathroom and showers, new big TV. I will be staying at D' Gecko again for sure!

The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. HOWEVER, it was so loud in the middle of the night with people banging on doors inside the hotel and talking so loudly. This happened every night and we stayed 3 nights. The wifi never worked, not even for one minute. They also made us take off our shoes and leave them at the front desk and walk barefoot, the floors on a couple of occasions were wet, so we had to walk barefoot on wet tile which was dangerous. NOT recommended. Find somewhere else.
