The hotel did not allowed us to check-in even though i was already charged from my card, they did not acknowledge my iterinary # or the confirmation of my bookings. About the facilities, the aircon is not working fine. It was old model that needs to be replaced. The linens were stinky, as if it was not replaced. Doors are not safe, it has no double lock, you’ll feel unsafe inside the room. Good thing we were not able to check in because they did not allowed us.
