Great Location and Facility - Just OK Service
Amazing Location, Facilities are clean, well kept. Shuttle from the airport and back is a must have!! Breakfast buffet is below average. Eggs. Pancakes, French toast all cold. Bacon goes fast, they do not replace items once gone. They need to kept the food warmer all over. The staff is below average. Bar Service is very slow, Front desk is disorganized and crazy at times. Cleaning staff needs better training and needs to clean better.

Vacation of a lifetime at Henan Palm Beach
Henan Palm Beach was the backdrop of the best vacation we’ve ever had in our lives (that is not an exaggeration). The room was beautiful with a spacious bathroom with tub and rain shower, the balcony beach view was stunning, and attention to detail was everywhere. We especially loved the Sky Pool bar, with the most amazing staff (thank you Jossa, Jonas, Josh, Jovalin and Melchor!!). The location is not only beachside beautiful, but incredibly lively at night. I don’t think I’ve ever before experienced the level of professional, friendly service at Henan Palm Beach, from the front desk staff, restaurant staff, etc. even the airport transfer service was outstanding and convenient. Huge kudos to Henan—you deserve credit for running an exceptional resort hotel.
