NO TE QUEDES EN ESTE HOTEL
El peor hotel en el que me he quedado! Es un fraude, no te dan lo que te ofrecen y por lo que pagas. No existen todos los restaurantes que dicen, las condiciones de salubridad son pésimas, más de 48 horas con bandejas de comida fuera de las habitaciones. No tienen la capacidad en las instalaciones del hotel para atender a todos los que hospedan. Haces una fila de más de 40 minutos para entrar a un restaurante de bufete en donde la comida es pésima. La atención y trato al cliente es terrible. No es un incumplimiento. También Hoteles.com participa de cierta manera en este fraude al ofrecer servicios y bienes que no se entregan y recibir cierto lucro por ello,ademas cuando llegamos no estaba la reservación en el sistema, por lo que es evidente que tanto hoteles.com como el hotel son copartícipes en el evidente fraude, porque obtienen lucro en perjuicio de otros. No me dieron la clave de wifi. No sirven los elevadores. La comida es pésima. Tuve que salir a cenar fuera del hotel porque no tenían la capacidad para darme una mesa, todo lleno. No siguen las medidas de salud.
