I appreciated the staff’s service and helpfulness despite my limited ability to speak Spanish. They provided excellent service. Manager was personable and even helped me with a phone call. Staff also helped me with some print outs that I needed and made an extra card when needed for me and my wife staying there. Some of the staff didn’t know English, but there seemed to always be at least one there who did know some English. A couple food items were a little greasy for my taste, but most of the food was good and tasty. Water to refill bottles was not available. Overall, though, my experience was excellent!! I highly recommend! Also hotel is just a block and a half from a huge mall!

The service was great the staff was very professional, the food is amazing and the bartender Richard was very nice and accommodating and the hotel is cute. The only this is that the bed was a bit too hard for me. Other than that I really recommend this hotel.
