There was no hand soap and no place to put my open suitcase except on the bed or floor. Other hotels had a front desk, a suitcase holder and free water. The room was spacious but not very sound proof.

Hotel location is excellent, just few minutes walk from Ximen MRT station. Easy check in & check out, very clean room and fresh clean towels were provided everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something convenient, reasonable priced and very clean accommodation during your visit to Taipei.

i was at the door and making phone call for front desk comes over for checking in. I was calling and waiting for almost an hour. The pictures viewed on line and look at urself totally r big difference. The room wasn’t cleaned, bath towel so thin and small. I have rash on my body and itching.

Well maintained, slight improvements needed.
The room was clean and comfortable, a lady comes by everyday to make up your room, tidy things up change your bath towels. Very friendly and nice. 2 small bottled water given everyday. Room condition was very clean and neat. 1) The front door code was changed and I wasn't aware of it. I came back at 1130pm one night and was unable to enter the building. Had to wait until somebody from the inside came out for me to be able to get in. Tip: check the posted signs behind the main door and at the elevators for the door code before you leave the building - every single time. 2) water pressure for the toilet was too low and unable to completely flush down everything. I had to repeat the flushing around 4times to completely clear everything. 3) no windows in the room and feels a little claustrophobic and depressing. Tip : keep the toilet lights on which also turns on the air vent , this helps to circulate the air in the window-less room. Other than these few gripes , it's really very well maintained and spotlessly clean like it was described by many others. Great location and great value for money. Staff are very polite and nice. Go for it.
