This property does not provide proper sanitation - bed sheets are stained and torn. I When I travelled with my family of 5, the property provided a room for me which can hold 5 beds but there was insufficient space for walking and opening of bags and luggage, which in turn results in a risk for falling. It has no central heating facility and is not suitable for staying during winter. Only the mattresses on the beds have warmers and you cannot expect yourself to stay on the bed permanently. The bathroom and toilets are ill-equipped and the water heater does not work. This is not a hotel but a love motel situated at the heart of night clubs, bars and prostitution. We booked our stay knowing that there would be no refund upon cancellation but it was so unbearable that we checked in and checked out within a few hours because we realised that we have been duped.

The bathroom floor had water on it, apparently from the toilet, both in little puddles and in the space between tiles. The sink had a bar of used soap and a half-filled tube of toothpaste. Furnishings were odd and dated. The freshness of the bed linen could not be determined. The room had one wall of red wall paper and a number of large mirrors. We left for another hotel that same night.

The hotel ad say free airport transfer. It’s not. hotels.com needs to remove that part. I booked the hotel just because of that and I was lied to. The hotel is good for the price.

Won’t book here again
We paid for a nicer room online and when we got there we received a horrible room the bathroom smelled of death and the running water from the shower spilled into the bathroom floor into an open drain absolutely horrible sight the sheets had holes in them . I think the only good thing about that place was it had two water bottles in the mini fridge

Very nice owners did their best to help me out. Room 503 was spacious and its condition was excellent. Not far from Songdo new town. Incheon city museum and Gacheon museum are very close. Relaxed atmosphere at the foothill of Cheongryang mountain. Will stay here again
