Shoddy bathroom hardware and dinged up walls
Nice from the outside and lobby. Once you enter the room, you can see that they don’t give the rooms as much attention as those areas. The walls had tons of dings and scratches. The hardware in the shower and bathroom were all loose and not installed correctly. Pool heater was broken. We had loud neighbors who could easily be heard both in our room and the hallway. The breakfast was probably the best part and it wasn’t the best. Also, the price seemed really high for a late July weekend. I overheard many customers talking about how high the prices are and the employees were also shocked. Definitely not worth the $175/night we paid. The area around the hotel was very nice. Would stay in the area but not this Hyatt or any other Hyatt.
