Good location - near many of the sites, transportation, shopping and restaurants . They are about a 15 minute walk to Roma Termini. Very clean and easy to communicate with. We were lucky to be able to check in a little early, otherwise they were going to hold our luggage for us until our room was available. Grazie Mille!

Ideal location. “Real” Rome to the south a bunch of the major attractions to the north. Owners are wonderful and extremely helpful. Only negative is some mechanical toilet that is a bit annoying as it’s quite noisy. Everything was very clean and I felt they really made the effort to help us enjoy our time.

The room and bath are small, the shower is tiny, The good, location, clean, places to eat around, helpful Giovanni if you see him. The bad, noisy water pump every time you use water it starts working and it will stop when you stop, small room, tiny shower and finally I don't know how you feel about not having no one available, no front desk, ,,,but it was safe. Do not use public transportation, cause when it stops and open the doors, a thief will grab your purse or bag and run out. Just in front of the hotel, we saw it just as we were watching out the window and then again at Popolo Square it happened again. Walk or use a taxi only if it has taximeter starting at 4 Euros or ask how much it will cost to get to destination

Giovanni was very welcoming and accommodated our late arrival. Since it was our first time in Rome, he provided us with a detailed map of the city and circled key areas and attractions for us to visit. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby and around Rome. Our room (Angeli) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Throughout our stay, he greeted us when we saw him in the lobby and provided us with bottled water so we would stay hydrated. We walked almost everywhere because of how centrally located Sweet Dreams Roma is to everything - very easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, and Pantheon. There are amazing restaurants and quick bites all around the Sweet Dreams Roma that made our trip more enjoyable. Giovanni was an amazing host and was readily available when we had a question. We would absolutely stay at Sweet Dreams Roma again and highly recommend this location for your stay in Rome.
