we stayed this apartment from feb 1st to 7th for vacation. check in starts 4pm. they don't have front desk but we get personal concierge(i didn't know this until we arrive 2 hours after in LA). once we met up with this guy, he never introduce himself and start walking to the room that we were staying. we got to the room, room had NOT been cleaned yet. looked like people just left, kitchen was dirty, used towels were still on the floor and bed sheets were messed up. i asked to have a clean room to relax and we can start our vacation. with no explanation, we were moved to another apartment. he arranged "uber" and this car came to pick us up (which he did not inform us the address), it was compact car that did NOT fit 4 adults and 4 big suitcases. so, mu boyfriend had to walk to the other apartment... this concierge did not even tell us this place was temporary so that we need to move to first apartment that we showed at first time in next day. thats already 2 hours past and ruin our evening! this concierge guy didn't seems to be care about us or anything so, i asked him for supervisor to talk to. when i told this story to this supervisor on the phone for an hour(there were more terrible thing was happened that i could not write here...), she promised to have us better concierge and refund for cleaning fee. a week past, i have NOT get refund or even apologies letter.
i am very very disappointed this service. never had this kind of experience before.
