Hotels.com should be ashamed
Absolutely filthy. Bed bugs. Unknown substances stained into the floor and smeared on baseboard. I’m ok with a cheap hotel but this place is a nightmare. Hotels.com should be ashamed that they allow this hotel to be booked on their website. They should be even more ashamed that they quote their ‘terms and condition’ about no cancellations as a reason not to refund customers for such an experience.

Terrible place. Dirty. Pils, oral gel, and lots other inappropriate stuff was under both beds. Tiny twin room, no place to walk, bathroom in muld, stains and someone's dirty handprints. Also, on the reception was men with no English, which made hard communication. That room never seen hoover.

really bad experiance
basically we got a terrible room, heavy smell of cigarettes, very poor condition and during the night got bitten by bed bugs. We left the day after that, without getting much sleep. Went to another hotel and we were told by reception that they are aware of the problem and trying to deal with it...in what way,no idea
