We felt at home and comfortable with everyone in this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great. The vegetarian dinner was great, we didn't eat the full menu and they only charged us part of the price; we had an emergency and had to check out a day early and they immediately cancelled our last night stay on our bill. All the details they took care of made us feel at home. We will def be back again.

We loved our stay at this Masseria. It was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool set amid the olive groves--very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. The vegetarian restaurant onsite is truly excellent and the hotel is very close to Ostuni, as well as Locorotondo and Alberobello. I would highly recommend this masseria for a relaxing getaway in Puglia, especially for couples. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved my stay at Masseria le Carrube! The hotel is located in the middle of olive tree groves with beautiful views all around. The pool is the main reason I booked this place. It is stunning. The hotel is vegetarian only but the food is so fresh and so delicious. I probably had one of the best orrecchiette pastas there. Be sure not to miss out on breakfast.

10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a luxurious break in total peace and tranquillity. The optional evening meal was an amazing set menu of vegetarian delight- 7 courses of various delicious Italian twists. Certainly a place I would return to if ever in the area again. The pool was heaven, we just loved it there.
