highly not recommended
this place is miserable, unprepared to host guests, rooms are very poor, smelly, unfinished, one of the rooms was recently burned, we were moved to another room that has even worse quality, personnel is unprofessional, they do not even speak english, everything is bad about the place, i regret i did not read reviews before booking, also hotels.com do not want to refund the stay - we were forced to look for another hotel at 1am, extremely bad condition at bano beach resort... you have been warned

Don't go there
The room we were given was damp a smelled they did change us to another room next day but that wasent much better .the aircon sounded like a train coming through the tomm all night every night. Breakfast was rubbish .and had to eat off dirty tables also the shower just drizzled out and was cold every day.
