Great view of the river and downtown Austin. Was in town for work and the location was very convenient. The only downside was the temp and humidity of the room itself. There was a lock on the thermostat that made it only comfortable to sleep in for only 1 of the 4 nights I stayed.

The bed was so comfortable, I had a hard time getting out of it. The place was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Highly recommend getting a river view with a balcony so you get a view of the bat bridge at night. Host was in frequent communication and sent housekeeping the same day for a couple of items we needed. Parking was tricky at first, but convenient and well priced considering the in and out privileges. Review your instructions before entering the garage because cell service cuts out upon entry. Felt like a home for a few days and we'd go back for sure.

check in as the most ridiculous i have ever experienced. and, even though they had availability all week (i.e., NOT sold out), they also refused to offer complimentary late checkout. Just really corporate and soulless. the apartment itself is fine. big, pretty clean. would never stay at a kasa again, if another option is available.
