Please do Not stay here, though it has a good appearance and views, I've come to learn from multiple stay because we wanted to give them chances because if the location, this last trip finalized it for me. First if you ever run into issues in which most likely you will from elevator not working to cleanliness, no cable TV in some of their rooms, they ask you log in into your personal accounts for Netflix, Disney, etc. in order for you to be able to watch TV, no service to take out trash, or clean your room if your staying there for more than three days this can be bothersome. When you actually try to reach out it can be via text and almost always the same responses "we're sorry and hope we can fix this, some third party has been notified, responses can be quickly but with no real resolution because they need to notify someone else in order to get approval to fix the issues. I recently stayed there 1/17-1/20 with no TV at all, hardly any water coming from the bathroom faucet or shower. With so many issues I've encountered and also our Executive team whom I've booked for as well, this is by far the worst experience we've had. You feel trapped because when they Don't fix the issues at hand you are not able to check out early to go to another hotel since they won't reimburse you even if it's their fault. Also check-in can be a nightmare if you're not tech savvy.
