8/10 Very good

The building and lobby are not very aesthetically pleasing- there’s no seating if you are waiting for your room . Staff were hardworking and polite . The bed was very basic and could do with a mattress pad . Breakfast was adequate and well organized. Overall , a good one night stay for a good price , but definitely quite basic .

8/10 Very good

Nice clean room near the airport. Great for layover. Place looks a little bit old but they kept everything very clean. There's nothing around the hotel, so they provide free breakfast & free shuttle between hotel & airport. You can just take shuttle to airport & hop on train from there to go to the big temple & shopping mall. Breakfast is quite decent, especially the Japanese breakfast food, but coffee is not good.

6/10 Good

A well used and convenient location hotel for Travellers. The information for the airport transfers is limited. The check in on a machine is very impersonal but efficient. Checked in for a total of 5 hours due to Typhoon and a cancelled flight and delayed trains so just needed a spot to put my head. The location provided that. Left too early to even experience the complimentary breakfast

Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well.
