Sale, Sale, Sale!!!! Aucun responsable a qui parler. Personnel du restaurant mal organise, aucun service. Ce n est pas digne d'un 5 etoiles. Vacances gachées :(

Je remercie Youssef pour ses conseils,son hospitalité et son accueil. On a choisi un upgrade level. Sans regret. Car plus de tranquillité en piscine. Espace réservé au restaurant. Choix de restaurant à thème. On a réservé au restaurant marocain pour le dîner, tous simplement un régal. Merci au Barmen Ahmed à la piscine pour son service et son sourire. Merci à Arthur pour le thé. On y retournera en famille à la prochaine occasion. Mon conseil pour passer un bon séjour *level*.

Les personnes qui ont séjourné ont appréciés le lieu, la propreté et la politesse du personnel mais moi qui était à distance je n'arrivais pas à joindre l’hôtel et quand j'y arrivais par téléphone on refusait de me passer les personnes dans leur chambre en m'informant que cela n'était pas autoriser par la direction et d'utiliser whatsapp, c'est la première fois de ma vie que j'entends cela d'un hôtel quelque soit la catégorie et le nombre d'étoile.

Reservation pour une nuit, linge de lit et de bain manquant, télecommande idem. Portes coulissantes salle de bain bloquées, petits travaux de maintenance à faire avant de mettre les clefs à dispo... Trés bel hotel avec cadre superbe, manque juste un petit effort sur l'organisation. Personnel à la réception très accueillants et réactifs.
